Kasteelspoort
Join us for a pleasant hike as we explore Kasteelspoort, starting from Camps Bay. This 5-kilometer trail offers lovely views of the Twelve Apostles, Lion's Head, and Table Mountain, making it a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature while we continue our training for the upcoming Mafadi camp. We will meet at 6:45 AM, just 15 minutes before we begin our hike.
What to Expect
This hike features an elevation gain of approximately 575 meters. We will start with a gentle incline to warm up, followed by some mountain stairs leading to the diving board. It’s a great way to enjoy a workout while taking in the natural beauty around us.
